How we work
Not every process is suitable for an AI agent, and development is not the answer to every AI-related problem. We first clarify the process, users' knowledge and skills, the available data, the risks and the measurable business objective.
Where it makes sense, we build a small, clearly bounded pilot that demonstrates time savings and error reduction in real use.
For training, we tailor the programme to participants' roles, the AI tools in use and the organisation's day-to-day tasks. Participants receive practical methods, templates and a safety checklist, and those who meet the requirements receive a certificate.
A successful pilot and the knowledge gained can then be extended gradually across more processes, systems and roles. AI becomes a controlled part of operations rather than an isolated experiment.

How long does a pilot project take?
A well-defined pilot usually takes 4–8 weeks, depending on process complexity and the number of systems involved. We begin with a short discovery exercise and then provide a concrete estimate.
How much does it cost to introduce an AI agent?
The cost depends on the complexity of the process, so we do not use a single fixed price. A pilot is designed to test value through measurable outcomes with a limited initial investment. After discovery, we provide a written proposal with no hidden costs.
What happens to our company data?
We design AI agents with access controls, logging and human approval points. During the pilot, we document which data may be used, in which systems and under what conditions. Where required, we can work exclusively with data processing in Europe or with models running on your own infrastructure.
What if the pilot does not deliver the expected result?
That is precisely what a low-risk pilot is designed to reveal. We agree measurable success criteria at the outset. If the technology does not demonstrate value, we say so and do not recommend scaling it.
Who works on the project?
Projects are led by founder Dániel Várnai, who has several years of experience in IT automation and software delivery workflows. The person you meet on the first call is also involved in the solution—work is not passed through a chain of subcontractors.
Which systems can an AI agent connect to?
Typical integrations include CRM, helpdesk, GitLab/GitHub, document management and ERP systems, as well as internal databases and knowledge bases. If a system has an API or allows data to be exported, it can usually be integrated.
Which AI training programmes does QvAI offer?
We provide practical corporate AI training and AI literacy training aligned with Article 4 of the EU AI Act. Programmes are tailored to participants' roles, the tools used by the organisation and real business tasks.
Is QvAI a registered adult education provider in Hungary?
Yes. Our adult education registration number is B/2026/000648, and we issue certificates of completion to participants who meet the programme requirements.
How does practical AI training differ from AI Act Article 4 training?
Practical AI training focuses primarily on methods, tasks and the safe use of tools in everyday work. Article 4 training also addresses the AI literacy requirement, the organisation's role, the risks associated with its systems and the documentation of the training provided.
